Since eTimesheets.com is web-based, you can access your timesheets anywhere from a PC, Mac or popular mobile devices.

Integration with Payroll

eTimesheets will integrate with your Payroll/Accounting system. If we don't already have the interface you need, we can easily and cost-effectively create a custom interface.

Employee Self Service

Optionally, employees can view their Pay Stubs and W2's. Employees can also maintain important data such as Emergency Contacts.

Custom Report Generation

eTimesheets has a wide range of standard reports available to our users but if you can’t find what you need, we can rapidly develop a custom report specific to your own business process and reporting standards. In most cases all we need is a sample layout of the report you are interested in generating from eTimesheets. A standard flat rate of $500 is charged for each custom report.

Systems Integration

eTimesheets has been designed with flexibility and extensibility in mind. We have integrated with numerous 3rd party accounting, HRIS and payroll systems. If there is an existing system that is critical to your overall business process let us know.

Payroll Processing

eTimesheets.com was developed after many years of working in the Payroll industry so we are familiar with the issues and challenges present with collecting employees’ time for submission to payroll.
