We only charge for active employees.
Inactive employees are free. You can mark any employee as inactive and you will
not be charged for that employee. This way, you can keep historical information
in the database without being charged for the inactive employees.
Any time spent evaluating, testing or configuring is free and does not use up any of your free month. Take as much time as you need. Have your employees use it and give you feedback. Once you are using the system live with your employees (this is called your 'go live' date) you will be billed at the end of each month that you use the service. (First month is free). For example: If you 'go live' January 1st, January is free. Your first bill will be for the month of February, which will be due sometime in March. We send out invoices once a month. You can also see your current balance, past payments and payment instructions from within the eTimesheets application. To see this information, under the Administrator menu, go to the Payments item. We will not disable your account for non-payment unless it is at least 3 months overdue and after several email notices. There is no written contract. You can cancel anytime. To cancel, send us an email. We will verify with you before we disable the account. |
